SWEET RATIFICATION
We crafted Sweet Ratification in honor of the ratification of American Single Malt Whisky. Garnished with an orange wheel that represents the rising sun, and topped off with Texas’ state nut, the pecan, this slow-sipping, spirit-forward cocktail serves as the perfect toast to the future of whisky.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Balcones Texas 1 Single Malt Whisky
- ¼ oz Pecan Syrup
- 1-2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Dehydrated Orange Wheel
- Cinnamon Stick
- Pecan
METHOD
Add ice into rocks glass. Add Texas 1, pecan syrup and bitters. Stir until glass is chilled. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel, cinnamon stick and pecan.
